Received mine too and it's beautiful!

Only when entering my collection did I see that the 1000 envelopes were signed (poor Martin)

Mine is not!

I suspect the importer made a mistake or do I have the only unique unsigned envelope?

How do I enter these into my collection? Canceled or MNH?

@Marks, We did some research and it turns out that in a number of cases a combination offer was not counted. Also in your case. So you are indeed entitled to it just like some other buyers. We will send you and them the envelope as soon as possible. Sorry for the delay.

Voor FDC's gebruiken we deze conditie "postfris" voor onbeschreven enveloppen (ook geen uitgegomd adres) in onberispelijke staat.

Daarmee wordt bedoelt geschreven adres, handtekeningen van de ontwerper van de zegel worden hiermee niet bedoeld, eigenlijk staan gesigneerde FDC's nog boven Postfris wat betreft verzamelwaarde daarintegen zijn FDC met adres (bijna) altijd minder waard dan zonder adres (uitzonderingen B.V. voormalige DDR daargelaten)

This means written address, signatures of the designer of the stamp are not meant by this, actually signed FDCs are still above MNH in terms of collection value, on the other hand, FDC with address are (almost) always worth less than without address (exceptions BV former GDR)

You have not yet answered this, René, but it is a very relevant question given the rather erratic course of many sales processes within the Catawiki shops.

For example, I have an order running with someone who reports (within one day, by the way) that he is on holiday for a month and therefore cannot deliver until April. So that is basically an order in month A and payment / delivery in month B. Will also be common with orders placed at the end of a month.

And (too) many sellers only respond after days or weeks, or not at all. As a result of which orders beyond the monthly limit / reference date remain "open".

I think you should find something official and regulatory about that.

@pegag, It's just in the FAQ on the comic envelope page :

The date of the order is valid unless canceled later than the purchase is still not counted.
