Hello, I won a lot in a Catawiki auction on Sunday evening (23/08). Normally I will receive a new email that same evening asking me to pay for the lots won. The problem now is that I have not received that email and therefore cannot pay for the lots won!

On Monday morning (24/08) I already sent an email to the auctioneer, Mr. Jacques Pels, and I was promised an answer within two working days, but I still have not received a reply at this time and can therefore not use my won lots. Pay!

I am already used to the fact that lots are simply not paid for, but in my opinion there are many, and since I am not the only one with that problem why is nothing being done about it, I think they are the protecting buyers too much (in my cases then) then you get the bailiff's story, I can already say that it doesn't help at all, even from my own experience. The buyers have to enter all their details to be allowed to sell, all personal information, the buyers do not have to, therefore you cannot contact those persons in question, it might not be such a one-way street if the buyers are the same must register as the sellers!

I had a dispute with a gentleman from France who simply does not have his package, and does not bother, because the package is there at the post office in his hometown . That package was sent on July 16, Catawiki said that I had to solve that problem, but if I don't have any information about that man, I cannot solve the problem, I emailed that man a few times and got no answer, Catawiki also received no hearing from that man. So he paid for the package, the item is in France at the post office, as it has not been returned.

I had emailed that man to email me his bank details so that I could return the money. to get rid of that misery, because I was no longer paid by Catawiki !! No mail from the man, nothing nada noppes, Catawiki also received no data or other mail from that man. I can tell you that by that kind of frills traveling to get my hair back. Anyway the man had received an ultimatum from Catawiki to send his details within 9 days, otherwise they would close the dispute !! I waited anxiously ..... I am still waiting now, the ultimatum has already passed a few weeks. I again sent an email to Catawiki and received an email back from Valerie that the dispute was closed for them because the man had not responded and that I would be paid, no! After a few days I sent an email to Catawiki again when I will finally get paid because it is now taking a very long time, I received an email back from Lisa: Dear Madam You will not be paid because a dispute has been opened from 18 August. ....... my pants fell off, you can guess what dispute this is about. In short, I am really fed up with this now, after sending an email almost daily just to get an answer what the purpose of this again is, no response. And I think this is really a Tros Radar story !!!

Maybe I will get the attention now !!!!!!!!

I have a problem... Every time I check my shop I would only have about 20 books for sale. This while there are actually over 500. How come everything else is no longer visible?

I have not deleted anything, not even a bulk delete. If I request an excel overview, I do get a complete overview.
