I have a strong suspicion that the synchronization function has (temporarily?) been disabled. Previously (notification 28/7) an update came after a synchro request, but without the new or changed items. Now there is no update at all.

What is the current state of the sync problem?

You have said that it is being worked on and that you will not always mention it, but in the meantime it is not even time for a professional status update?

1) is the problem in progress? (eg not, because it is vacation time)

2) Is the cause of the problem known?

3) Is there a solution to the problem?

4) If so, what is the estimate that the problem has been resolved?

5) Is there a policy decision to stop supporting the app (s)?

Professional websites, such as Catawiki, also require professional problem reporting, especially if the solution takes a while (a month).
