Dear Arco,

Downloaded the app CW Collect on my iPhone 4S with iOS version 9.3.5.

Installation went OK. Logged in and sync! However, it gets stuck with the message "Your synchronization request is still pending".

Can you check for me why this is. And what are the steps I need to do to fix it?

Now it won't sync again?

Can you check for me if something is stuck in the system?

Have the App "CW Collect!" already deleted and reinstalled on my iPhone 4S with iOS 9.3.5. But without result.

I use the collect app very often in markets. This works extremely well for comics. But I find this not always clear for DVDs. Because I mainly collect cartoons, it would be very useful if the item "film studio" was added to the filter criteria of DVDs. Because now I sometimes lose the overview.

Would it by any chance be possible to add this?

Some time ago I entered many trading cards in the following series https: //www.catawiki.nl/catalogus/trading-cards/edities-sets/1164871-marvel-masterpieces-1994

After synchronizing the CW app, card number 5 (Black Bolt) of the series is not visible in the list or anywhere in the app. Have performed a new sync several times (deleted everything myself and run it again) but the map remains untraceable / invisible.

Please have a look at what the problem could be.

Use the Android app.

Every time I had my app synchronized again, the card remained invisible in the app.

Now I opened this trading card via the website and clicked the change link. Then without making any changes the map is saved. Then the app is synchronized again and yes, the map is now visible.

Maybe this will help solve any problems.

I have a minor sync problem for 2 days.

a custom item (4391159) in CW is not included in the sync; the old info remains on the mobile.

Another phenomenon is that an item (4390479) that has changed from search list to collection appears neatly in the collection, but an "empty" item remains in the search list.

Mobile is Android, CW version 2.5; sync performed on 2 consecutive days, but no success.

Furthermore, I have included the following comics in my collection:

Then removed it from my wish list.

After syncing the app, they are not in my collection but are still in my wish list.

Following my report from 7/13:

Problem with synchronizing.

Items that I have entered new, both in collection and search list, are not visible in the app after syncing. They are nowhere.

Already cleared cache once but that doesn't help.

I notice this problem is also happening on iOS

-and- the export to xls function results in an xls file containing the last comic albums added by me in my collection on the website -not-.
