Well, my train is not running at all. Export collection, export list of values, export shop, none of them receive e-mails. They also do not appear in my spam box.

Meanwhile also set another e-mail address, verified, and all exports restarted as above. None of them arrive.

E-mail address reset, but now the verification mail is also not arriving, so I cannot change my e-mail address again :(

Then I would just call Customer Service tomorrow or Monday. Perhaps the email to you has been blocked for some technical reason. Please indicate immediately that I think so and that they should first have a look in CRM. I can't do that myself.

Yes, at some point exporting to Excel will also come up. Also needs to be rewritten, both in terms of choice of fields and maximum number of lines in the spreadsheet.

I export my collection of stamps a few times a year. I now notice that only part of the entire collection is repeatedly exported. Up to more than 165,000 lines. The extraction stops at the Netherlands. All countries further in the alphabetical order are missing. Anyone an idea how this is possible? I'd love to hear it.
