Translate to EnglishIt will be difficult to find the right (unique) translations for this.
Not just in French.
For example, Gewassen is now translated into German as Getreide, but that seems too restrictive to me.
Hopefully there are people who can make good suggestions here.

Misschien, Pflanzenbaulichen Erzeugnisse (plantaardige producten) ?. Of Kulturen (Landwirtschaft).

NL = Gewassen
EN = Crops
FR = Cultures [agriculture]
DE = Kulturen [Landwirtschaft]

Translate to EnglishI don't think it would be a bad solution to work with a small addition between square brackets in cases like this.
Then we get:
NL = Washed

I think you could also combine gymnastics and gymnastics.
Couvre chef seems plausible to me as headgear. Must be confirmed by a native French speaker. Or contradicted with the necessary comments (I can already feel it coming :)).

NL = Beeldhouwkunst
EN = Sculpture
FR = Sculpture
DE = Bildhauerkunst
NL = Gymnastiek
EN = Gymnastics
FR = Gymnastique
DE = Gymnastik
Met Naamvariatie: Turnen

Translate to EnglishThere are indeed always processes running at night, but there may always be some disruption. Shall I take care of this merger?
Then it becomes like this:

DE = Bildhauerkunst

Later, when we have thought carefully about other Name Variations, we can always add them.
Gymnastics and gymnastics merge into:
NL = Gymnastics
EN = Gymnastics
FR = Gymnastics
DE = Gymnast

Translate to EnglishI think the subject of sculpture and sculptures is a bit more complicated. There is also the theme of statues. In addition, you will also find the theme of sculpture (duplicate) among the stamps. Definitions are missing.
This is not my knowledge, so please correct me. I see sculpture as overarching. All sculptures fit in with this, and so do all statues. But also well-known sculptors such as Rodin, people who are sculpting on the stamp, sculptors' tools, such as a hammer and chisel, and so on, a real connoisseur will be able to add something to it.
Statues also seem like sculptures to me. You could draw a line by saying that statues are large and outside. But yes, what is big and what is small. And what is outside can also be inside. So that will be difficult.
The differences must be clearly defined. Sculpture should be the umbrella of everything. In my opinion, for all sculptures and statues, the sculpture motif can be added in the Theme / motif field. In my opinion, statues are also sculptures. But I would be careful with merging. Sculptures already has 97 pages, statues 60 pages and sculpture 40 pages. This is already far too much to do anything meaningful with, such as searching, finding, viewing, dividing, etc. I would rather look for options to reduce the number of pages. But then again, I'm not an expert in this area, so I don't see any opportunities to pick it up anytime soon.
ps Statues can of course also be made of metal, such as bronze. This is probably cast and not carved and is therefore not a sculpture or sculpture.

If a French-speaking user can confirm that 'Minerais ' could be used for 'Minings', and 'Couvre-chefs' for 'Headgear' (I'm not completely sure about that... feels weird) we're done with that too . Otherwise not.
In any case, coiffures as a translation for headgear does not seem correct to me, or you have to be very open-minded.

I think statues can be described and translated well. I think it can remain a separate theme.

Translate to EnglishStatues can of course also be made of metal, such as bronze. This is probably cast and not carved and is therefore not a sculpture or sculpture.
Cast bronze statues are also referred to as sculpture. They even seem to often be classified as sculptures. The actual use has probably transcended the origin.

A Statue or a Standing Picture is one in the rule of a picture frame made of free-standing sculpture or plastic , which represents a person , a large figure or a picture.
A statue is a free-standing sculpture or sculpture, usually made by a sculptor, that depicts a person, a divine figure or an animal.
I think it also fits well with Sculpture.

Translate to EnglishThe Theme "International Year of Biodiversity" was added by Postmaster just over a year ago. Then came the cancellation storm and quite a few themes disappeared. Users now often neglect to complete the theme properly (because there is a chance that their input will be deleted again). Shame.
Meanwhile, this theme is the fastest growing theme (in number on LD) of them all :)
