Vervolgens aan de linkerkant bij Voorwerpen = Autobrochure / -folder selecteren.
Kies bij Fabrikanten dan Volvo
Selecteer vervolgens een folder die lijkt op de folder die je wilt invoeren.
Kies via Opties Kopiëren item.
Pas alles aan en sla de wijzigingen op.

Bij Soort kun je eventueel Prijslijst, Handleiding, Folder, Flyer, Kleurenfolder, Brochure, etc invullen. Maar s.v.p. geen merk of type auto.

Then select a folder that resembles the folder you want to import.
Select Copy item via Options.
Adjust everything and save the changes.

Under Type you can optionally fill in Price List, Manual, Brochure, Flyer, Color Brochure, etc. But please no brand or type of car.

Ik bedoel het volgende, er zijn bijv 2 folders: Volvo 122 S en Volvo 123 GT, dit staat in de titel, het type waar je dan op sorteerd is : Volvo 120, ander voorbeeld: Volvo 142 en folder Volvo 144, je sorteerd dan op Volvo 140 of Kia Ceed en folder Kia XCeed dat word dan Kia Ceed en nee zover ik kan zien is er GEEN veld voor type!, om het gemakkelijk te maken kan je inderdaad een veld creëren voor type incl mogelijkheid voor meerdere types per folder bijv in 1 folder staat de 120 en 1800 in vermeld dus 2 types denk dat je dan het probleem getackeld heb en je moet het ook niet moeilijker maken denk ik

Collectioneur, je had aantal folders al veranderd naar reeks en sub reeks, op zich hetzelfde als wat ik bedoel, kan het dan mogelijk worden dat je meerdere "reeks" en "sub reeks" kan invullen?

Maar lijkt mij wel nuttig dat er; desnoods op dit forum, wordt toegelicht wat we verstaan onder fabrikant.
Het automerk denk ik toch.
Anders krijg je toestanden als #9576247.
Ford Motor Company. als fabrikant.
Autofolders en dan autofolders nog eens bij reeks.
Het model bij subreeks.
Maar het automerk zelf in geen enkel veld vermeld staat.
Al 36 stuks verkeerd.

Er is toch maar 1 automerk Ford, geen 2 of 3 of ... 
Selecteer ik dan de filter Fabrikant en Ford krijg ik nooit die 36 Ford Motor Company te zien.

If you use the Manufacturer field for the car brand, it is Ford.
Not Ford Motor Company.
Or Ford Motor Co or Ford Motor Cie. Or Car Brochures.
There is only 1 car brand Ford, not 2 or 3 or ...
If I then select the Manufacturer and Ford filter, I never see that 36 Ford Motor Company.

elk type vermeld je toch in zijn/haar reeks.
alleen als een reeks meerdere uitvoeringen heeft, kan je daar niet op selecteren, los je niet op met sub reeks.
of je moet de sub reeks:  weer reeks met sub vermelding maken.? 

 
ik denk dat de titel bij dit item niet juist is 10251911
moet denk ik "Volvo 1966" zijn  
met 2 reeksen.
Maar hoe los je dit nu op als dat model (reeks) meerdere jaren kent?

only if a series has multiple versions, you cannot select based on that, you cannot solve this with a sub series.
or you have to create the sub sequence : again sequence with sub entry.?

De sub reeks kan je gebruiken, ik zelf heb nu genoeg aan de reeks , en ja een pittig aantal van mijn ingevoerde folders kan een andere titel gebruiken, maar door het overzetten van mijn folders van boeken naar overig moet ik een aantal zoek items aanpassen en dit maal 3400 items das veel werk de “verkeerde” titels volgen dan, kia had ik al een keer aangepast

Het is voor elk voorwerp in Overig geen ideale oplossing, omdat er altijd velden zullen ontbreken of een "verkeerde" naam hebben.
Zoals michel-stahlberg ook al aangeeft, moeten veel items nog worden aangepast.
Item #10251911 heeft volgens mij een verkeerde titel. Dat zou iets moeten zijn van: Volvo 120 - 1800 modeljaar 1966.
Het gaat hier om het voorwerp Autobrochure / -folder en niet om het voorwerp Auto:-)

It is not an ideal solution for every object in Other, as fields will always be missing or "wrongly" named.
As michel-stahlberg also indicates, many items still need to be adjusted.
I think item #10251911 has the wrong title. That should be something like: Volvo 120 - 1800 model year 1966.
This concerns the Car brochure/folder object and not the Car object :-)

Ik snap dat titels nog aangepast moeten worden , en dat dat tijdrovend zal zijn. (en aanpassen is mijn ervaring, minder leuk dan item toevoegen)

En dat deze rubriek "overige" geen standaard verhaal is. Is ook duidelijk.

Vandaar mijn opmerking/vraag, over sub reeks! wat is de toegevoegde waarde?

AH. etc. brengen elke week een folder uit stel dat je die verzamelt, dan telt toch alleen het jaartal.
Reeks: weeknr. (datum) 
en misschien een Thema:  Kerst, Paas, voorjaar, etc.     
Maar dan wil je toch geen sub reeks  pindakaas, wasmiddel........

I understand that titles still need to be adjusted and that this will be time-consuming. (and in my experience, adjusting is less fun than adding an item)

And that this "other" section is not a standard story. It's also clear.

Hence my comment/question, about sub series! what is the added value?

AH. etc. publish a brochure every week, suppose you collect it, then only the year counts.
Series: week no. (date)
and maybe a Theme: Christmas, Easter, spring, etc.
But then you don't want a sub-range of peanut butter, detergent......

Zoals eerder vermeld sub reeks is niet noodzakelijk, krijg via berichten nu vragen “waarom” in de reeks 1800 staat ipv Volvo 1800 er is ook een bmw 1800 werd mij verteld, dus ik ga de ingevoerde items voor de 3e keer aanpassen , kan over het veld “reeks” afspraken gemaakt worden , hoe in te voeren, word namelijk een hele lange discussie zo…….ook weet ik nu wel dat een groot aantal folders de titel aangepast moet worden nogmaals deze omzetting vergt veel aanpas werk van 3400 items voor mij, gaat gebeuren dus
