ApiSta : het is een consulaire zegel. Een zegel die werd aangebracht om aan te tonen dat je de prijs voor een door het consulaat geleverde dienst (bv. afleveren paspoort) hebt betaald. Misschien dat de opdruk weergeeft dat hier bovenop het normale tarief 0.05 extra moest betaald worden, maar dat is maar een vermoeden. Als iemand meer info heeft...

Ik had al bij fiscale zegels onder Nicaragua gekeken, maar daar stond ze inderdaad niet tussen. Morgen zal ik ze toevoegen, nu gaat me dat niet meer lukken.

I had already looked at tax stamps under Nicaragua, but they were indeed not among them. Tomorrow I will add them, but now I won't be able to do that anymore.
