Probleem 1: omdat ik een probleem heb met het inloggen moet ik een totaal nieuwe account aanmaken (dit account) om dit te melden. Het kan niet met bv een email.
Probleem 2: (het inlog probleem) ik ben al meer dan 4 uur aan wachten op de email om mijn wachtwoord te resetten van mijn orgineel account. Al verschillende keren geprobeerd. Ook in spambox gekeken.
Kan gekeken worden door iemand wat het probleem is?

Zit niet spamfilter en de andere mogelijkheid ook al verschillende keren geprobeerd.

Nu bij aanmaak van het derde (!!!) nieuwe account eindelijk een email gekregen op dat account. De andere adressen zijn @hotmail.com of @outlook.com en misschien wringt het daar.
Ik zie dat m'n shop en verzameling nog aanwezig zijn maar ik kan er niet bij.
Ik zie dat er mensen vragen stellen maar ik kan er niet bij.
Duimen maar dat dit snel wordt opgelost. Tot hier aan toe: wat een onzalig idee om toegang tot gegevens en mogelijkheden te weigeren.
By the way, nu zijn er dus meldingen van twee personen die de moeite hebben genomen en creativiteit vonden dat ook mogelijk te maken.
Ik ga er zo maar van uit dat er velen zijn die geen toegang meer hebben.

Sorry dat ik me even onder de klagers begeef.
Ik heb drie gebruikersnamen. Ik heb er 1 om kunnen zetten (usernaam1).
Maar als je op een link klikt in een mail die bij usernaam2 hoort, zie je rechtsboven in het scherm de bijbehorende usernaam2, maar je zit toch in usernaam1.
Hoop dat ik dit duidelijk heb uitgelegd.
En de verzoeken voor nieuwe wachtwoorden voor usernaam2 en usernaam3 zijn gedaan, maar komen inderdaad ook hier niet aan.
Hebben jullie concreet zicht wanneer de oplossing hiervoor is?

Voor mensen met meerdere accounts geldt: Log je even uit op de site, en klik daarna pas op de button in de volgende mail die je afhandelt.

Tip: de wachtrij is nog lang, maar als je nu uitlogt en voor user2 en user3 op 'wachtwoord vergeten' klikt, dan krijg je de activatiemail via een andere wachtrij en ben je sneller aan de beurt. Zodra je later nog mails krijgt, dan mik je die gewoon weg.
