Congratulations.

Problem 1: because I have a problem with logging in, I have to create a totally new account (this account) to report this. It is not possible with an email, for example.

Problem 2: (the login problem) I've been waiting for more than 4 hours for the email to reset my password from my original account. Tried several times already. Also checked in spam box.

Can someone see what the problem is?

Email: multipass14 @ hotmail .com

Is not spam filter and the other option has been tried several times.

Now when I created the third (!!!) new account I finally received an email on that account. The other addresses are @ hotmail.com or @ outlook.com and maybe that's where it pinches.

I see that my shop and collection are still there, but I can't access them.

I see people asking questions but I can't reach them.

Thumbs up but that this will be resolved quickly. So far: what a bad idea to deny access to data and possibilities.

I have three usernames. I was able to convert 1 (username1).
But if you click on a link in an email that belongs to username2, you will see the corresponding username2 in the top right of the screen, but you are still in username1.
Hope I have explained this clearly.

And the requests for new passwords for username2 and username3 have been made, but indeed are not arriving here. Do you have a concrete idea of when the solution is for this?

Tip: the queue is still long, but if you log out now and click on 'forgot password' for user2 and user3, you will receive the activation email via another queue and your turn will be faster. As soon as you get emails later, just throw them away.
