Bij de feedback score voor een verkoper van een Catawiki shop, staat tussen haakjes vermeld "(12 maanden)". Dat klopt niet, de score is waarschijnlijk gewoon over de hele historie.

Ik zou trouwens liever zien dat de feedback score inderdaad alleen over de laatste 12 maand (of anders over de laatste X orders) wordt berekend.

Bij mij komt nu de meest recente score in beeld, de eerder behaalde score (35, 100%) doet er blijkbaar niet meer toe.

De feedback via veilingen is blijkbaar gesplitst. Daar heb ik er 3 (afgelopen max 12 mnd) de 35 zijn vnl ook van de veilingen, maar van eerder dan 12 mnd.
Apparently the feedback through auctions has been split. There I have 3 (last max 12 months), the 35 are mainly from the auctions, but from earlier than 12 months.
Overigens zijn over de periode 2018 bij mij helemaal geen feedback scores doorgekomen (of precies een reeks van ca 15 gaf inderdaad ook geen feedback)

Die wijziging heb ik nog meegekregen, nu lijkt de feedback score ( comments) uit elkaar gevallen.
Ik ben een hobby aanbieder en koper. Ook de grotere aanbieders hebben een nieuw overzicht. De feedback geschiedenis is niet opvraagbaar. (Ook niet binnen je eigen profiel) Jammer voor de 98+ scores, wellicht handig voor de 95- scores.
Maar misschien is het een fase naar een ander feedback systeem
I received that change, now the feedback score (comments) seems to have fallen apart.
I am a hobby supplier and buyer. The larger providers also have a new overview. The feedback history is not retrievable. (Also not within your own profile) Too bad for the 98+ scores, perhaps useful for the 95 scores.
