Bij bepaalde moeilijk te verzenden objecten kan men kiezen voor afhalen.
Evenwel stelt zich daar soms een probleem.
De koper meldt dan dat het zal opgehaald worden, doch dat het moet verpakt worden. Daar het moeilijk verpakbare zaken betreft, kost dit veel aan behandelings- en materiaalkosten die niet kunnen doorgerekend worden.
In feite moeten er twee opties bestaan :
- Gewoon afhalen
- Verpakt afhalen en daar dan kostprijs aan toevoegen, zo is het rechtvaardig.
Hopelijk kan u dit in systeem aanpakken.
Pick up is available for certain objects that are difficult to ship.
However, there is sometimes a problem there.
The buyer then states that it will be picked up, but that it must be packed. As these are difficult to pack items, this involves a lot of handling and material costs that cannot be passed on.
In fact, there should be two options:
- Just pick up
- Pick up packaged and then add cost price, that's just how it is.
