Hello,

If someone wants to collect their won lot from the seller, can they pay when they collect it? Or must the payment also go through Catawiki?
And when someone pays upon collection, must this be passed on to Catawiki? I just don't understand that.

Immediately after the auction in question, the highest bidder will receive an email with which he can make the payment. He can then possibly (if the seller has set it this way) indicate that the buyer is going to pick up the lot. The invoice is then automatically adjusted accordingly and the buyer must pay the invoice to Catawiki.
The seller will then be notified that the lot has been paid for and that it will be picked up or shipped.

I have auctioned this lot through Catawiki. Lot has been sold to a buyer near me. Because the lot was made of glass and very fragile, I contacted the buyer and delivered the lot to her and refunded the shipping costs in cash. I did have her sign for receipt and there has been mail traffic via the Catawiki app with appointments to be delivered to her. How does this proceed with the checkout?

I think that's the problem. Order remains on "paid" and I get reminders from Catawiki that I have to send the lot. My other lots have been shipped via track and trace and this is running fine. I am curious when the order will be shipped.
