Before a buyer feedback the seller must set the order to Sent.
With this the buyer automatically receives an email with the request to provide feedback.

The buyer can access his overview via Profile (top of screen) and then left click on My orders, also give feedback if necessary.

Not true. In the mail in which the object is marked as sent, there is nowhere to find an option about giving a rating.

Should be much simpler and clearer, as for example Ebay does.

It is clear, if you are logged in, you will see your name on the right, mouse over it and you will see "my purchases" click on it and then on "shop purchases"

then you will see the list of your purchases with the option to leave a feedback.
