Collecting/How can I withdraw an approved lot?5 messages

I want to withdraw a lot of mine that has been approved, but has not yet been put up for auction, because it has been sold through another channel.

I think that was possible, but I can't find it how to do that. Does any of you know how this works?

You may only sell through another channel after this has been arranged with and approved by the relevant auctioneer. So quickly contact Customer Service in the black bar at the bottom of this page.
