Another nice one.
I just entered a Finnish bundle of Agent 327 and De Rioolkoninkjes (how do they come up with it anyway?). For album series I chose Agent 327 because you can only enter one series. Naturally, I included both series with the stories, so the book can be found by series / hero.
But is this the right way to work?
At De Rioolkoninkjes, the album series is now "Agent 327 (Finnish)" and I don't really like that.
Is an album series "Bundling with other series (Finnish)" perhaps better in this case?

If there are stories from multiple series in an album then it is indeed better not to put one of those series names in the album series name. Because then you get confused when you watch the other series.
I would do “Bundelingen (Finnish)”.

Maybe a strange question, but it doesn't make sense anyway to put the name of a series in the album series field?
I generally limit myself to “[Publisher] editions”, unless the cover clearly mentions a series with a specific name to which the album belongs.

Agree.
If I see a series name in "Album series" I replace it too.
It actually applies to everything: enter as little duplicate information as possible. "
So also do not enter the name of the author in Series / Held. That field is not intended for that.

Exactly. As little duplicate data as possible in our database.
In this context I am also thinking about the default entry of album series with “[Publisher] series” if the field album series is not filled in but Publisher is. That could be included in the explanation. If something specific is entered, such as “Blue series” or “Lombard Collection”, it will of course be included in the database.

That sounds like a great addition! But do I understand from your message that I should not enter “[Publisher] releases”, but “[Publisher] series” in the Album series field?

No, now we always use "releases", unless the album has a series name with the word "series" in it.

Yep, I actually meant releases instead of series.
