Until 2022, PostNL or its predecessors published a Yearbook of Dutch Postage Stamps every year in two variants: with and without the stamps. I always purchase those without the stamps and, with the exception of a few, I have had them since 2003. Now it struck me that from 2023 only a copy with the stamps can be purchased and no longer without. Does anyone know about that? Does PostNL no longer publish the "empty" yearbook?

At PostNL I see explicitly mentioning the version with stamps and indeed no mention of "without content". Furthermore, I know too little about the subject. I think PostNL itself has the best answers?
