bestaat er een mogelijkheid om een koper te blokkeren, zodat hij de verkoper niet meer lastig valt. Heb weer voor de tweede maal een ambetanterik die O.A. schrijft :
-Ga ik ook niet doen. Misschien moet je in grote letters erbij zetten dat je vervoer en verpakking aanrekent.

Waarom zou je dat willen? De kans dat je dit soort mensen treft, is vrij klein en de kans dat zo iemand nogmaals bij je bestelt, is nog veel kleiner. Het lijkt mij een overbodig instrument.
Als iemand een koop niet doorzet, doet ie, wat mij betreft,  zichzelf te kort. Het kan mij helemaal niks schelen.

Ik kan me wel voorstellen, dat dit bij Top-sellers vaker voorkomt. Misschien is dat de reden waarom zij die mogelijkheid wel hebben.

Dat lijkt een onredelijke koper, maar ik kan eigenlijk geen goed oordeel geven, omdat ik de feiten niet ken. Het zou kunnen dat hij wil dat je gebruikmaakt van een goedkopere verzender. Dat zou ik altijd even vragen.

Als hij werkelijk een onredelijke persoon is, dan lijkt het blokkeren geen goed middel. Dan is het n.m.m veel handiger als je LD maatregelen laat nemen, zodat deze 'koper' geen andere verkoper kan gaan lastigvallen.

If he really is an unreasonable person, then blocking doesn't seem like a good remedy. Then it is much more useful if you have LD take measures so that this 'buyer' cannot harass another seller.

Heel veel verkopers brengen voor verpakking en eventuele bijkomende kosten niks in rekening, dus de gedachte van de koper lijkt mij op zich (als zuinige Nederlander) niet heel vreemd. Zeker als het om meer gaat dan een paar Eurodubbeltjes.

@lordernie  persoonlijk vind ik dat de kosten van verpakkingsmateriaal bij de verkoper hoort te liggen en niet bij de koper, dus wat dat betreft ben ik het wel met Vertigo eens en snap ik ook wel het standpunt van de koper.. Alleen als men iets koopt wat heel secuur moet worden ingepakt (bijv om breekschade te voorkomen) of een item met een afwijkende afmeting waar niet zo gauw een passende verpakking voor te vinden is, dan kan je als verkoper een bijdrage voor de verpakking vragen..
2 redenen om geen verpakkingskosten te vragen.
In de 1ste plaats kan je de verpakking van je eigen aankopen (vaak) makkelijk her gebruiken en ten 2e horeca gelegenheden, cafetaria's en kruideniers hebben vaak 10 tallen (verschillende maten) dozen per week over, als je het vriendelijk vraagt mag je daar vast wel wat van meenemen.

@lordernie personally I think that the costs of packaging materials should be borne by the seller and not the buyer, so in that respect I agree with Vertigo and I also understand the buyer's position.. Only if you buy something that needs to be packed very carefully (e.g. to prevent breakage damage) or an item with a different size for which suitable packaging is not easily found, then you as a seller can ask for a contribution for the packaging.
2 reasons not to charge packaging costs.
Firstly, you can (often) easily reuse the packaging of your own purchases and secondly, catering establishments, cafeterias and grocers often have tens of (different sizes) boxes left over per week, if you ask nicely you can probably get them. take some with you.

Sorry, ik begrijp niet helemaal waarom voor een afstand van 3 km extra kosten in rekening brengt. Je kunt die afstand lopen of fietsen en dat kost bijna niks. En dan heb je nog beweging ook.
Het feit dat je extra kosten in rekening mag brengen, betekent niet dat je dat ook moet doen. Maar je moet het allemaal zelf weten. Het is jouw shop. 

In ieder geval, goed dat je de bijbehorende teksten, die gisteren nog in jouw shop stonden, heb aangepast.

Maar dan moet je ook niet gaan jammeren als potentiële kopers hierover bij je gaan klagen. Daarvoor hoef je een koper niet te blokkeren.

1 klager op 1357 verkopen bewijst juist dat je goed bezig bent.
En iedereen denkt er het zijne van.
Maar elke euro die ik uitgeef aan verpakking (en verzending) is een euro die ik niet kan 'spenderen'  aan 'aankopen'.
Zei de 'prijsbewuste' Vlaming/Belg.
En 't is een dooddoener ok maar verpakkingen recupereren is ook natuur respecteren.

lordernie Ik denk dat als je het netjes (in je shop) communiceert een serieuze verzamelaar/liefhebber het helemaal niet erg vind om iets langer op de bestelling te wachten. Je zou bijv. 2x in de maand op een vaste dag kunnen verzenden.

lordernie I think that if you communicate it properly (in your shop), a serious collector/enthusiast wouldn't mind waiting a little longer for the order. For example, you could send twice a month on a fixed day.
