Good evening,

This evening I got this coin back. It seems to me to be a pretty clear mistake. Is that correct?
And I couldn't find it in the catalog. Is this correct?

Regards,

HI Wilco,

It indeed looks like a 2 euro coin, which you could consider a mistake.
The original is indeed in the catalogue: #185925

The manual says this about errors, among other things:
1.4.1 Variants caused by production errors Errors in the production process can result in physically deviating objects (such as misprints on books or misprints on coins).

So-called singletons, individual variants resulting from production errors that have slipped through quality control, are considered damaged copies of the 'normal' object and are not included as variants in the catalogue.
If you would like to include such a copy in your collection or shop, you can do so by assuming the standard item and mentioning the defect in the details of your own copy (see also article 2).

However, if (part of a) edition of an object with all the same production errors unintentionally comes into circulation, it will be considered a genuine variant and included as such in the catalogue.

In your case you can place this with your own images and report it in your personal details.
