ksmekl00 , Unfortunately that is not possible. You can, however, create a new account.

Can someone help me?

ksmekl00 ,

Indeed. Log out of this account (via the menu under your avatar at the top right of the page if you use desktop / PC) and then create a new account, as you created it at the time, but with the correct username. However, the email address may not be the same as the email address of your current account, so change that first. An alternative is to delete this account completely (via Settings).

So if I want to change my username do I have to create a new account? And then I will lose all data and my collection? Then do I have to re-enter everything? That's really super inconvenient. So you are actually forced to keep your name. Pffffff. I also wanted to change my name raga, but that is not an option.....

For personal reasons I would like to change my name. For you maybe a coat rack for me unfortunately a little more..... :-( Not handy in retrospect, but I also did not expect that I would want to change my name and also not that that is not possible here.....

I have the same question and recently took out an annual subscription for selling stuff. I would like to change my name, because I see that this joking name now appears everywhere in emails and invoices. If I absolutely have to create a new account and delete my current one first, can I transfer my subscription to a new account?

Unfortunately that is not possible. But you can change your shop name. This is mainly used on the site (in the marketplace, etc.) and in communication.

I would also like to change my name (for private reasons)...should be possible.

Possible idea to encourage people to put new items in the catalog (really takes up time and labor): compensation for subscription price?

That possibility already exists. We, the super managers, can nominate collectors for this. These are collectors who make a substantial contribution to a section.

Rik,
what is a super administrator? How do you become that? and when is something substantial?

A super administrator is a main administrator in a section who has more rights in the catalog than an administrator or a sub-administrator. Super administrators are requested for this role by the Catalog Manager. At the comics there are 4 of us.

Substantial, in my case, has to do with the efforts of a collector to improve (part of) the catalog together with me. I can then nominate these collectors to the catalog manager. We often offer these collectors (partial) management. As a thank you for their efforts, administrators receive a free VIP subscription. This is evaluated annually by the management.

If the collector does not want a (partial) managership or if there is already a part manager for a specific comic book hero, we can nominate him.

Each section has a main page with an overview. At the bottom of that page you will see a short summary of the active administrators.
To see all administrators, click ... View all administrators:

In this example, for the Comics section, you can see at the top who is the super administrator, who is the General administrator and who is the administrator of a part (area).

You can find out a lot via the Frequently Asked Questions (button with '?' at the top right of each screen). Also how you can introduce yourself to become a (partial) manager.

Of course, everything starts with active participation. Adding items, improving (supplementing) items, ...
An application to become an administrator is being evaluated. Based on concrete material. How to add items and make improvements/additions. This allows super managers to partly estimate how 'good' you are.
