What is the correct heading for a booklet with a gramophone picture attached? Or a gramophone record with a booklet as an attachment?

I come across 1325249 at Books and 1642251 on Records and CDs, but it is exactly the same release .

I have a copy with the same single, but with a different photo on the last page of the booklet. Only if I add it to books can I show it as the 3rd image.
